X3 Program: Week 8


Nutrition: perhaps our most practical nutrition advice, ever.  Check out some healthy food options that require no prep work whatsoever.  

 

Workout 1: Diminishing range of motion is one of the best features of an X3 workout and is a huge advantage offered over regular weight lifting.  We focus on this now.  As before, workout 1 is for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

 

Workout 2: Your Diminishing Range of Motion practice for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
